I have spent the past 2 days in SL at the 5tyh Birthday celebration.. wasting away summer LOL.
I did get to see part of the opening speeches by Philip and M linden, although it was pretty lack luster, and I missed the keynote on music as I goofed the date! oh well... I am doing a lot of photos of the live music on the main stage and hope to have a lot from the other areas as well. my home base is Bibi Banllingers exhibit, its set up like a woodstock era camp site great place to just chill, around the fire and listen to some indie tunes, as well hopefully there will be some open jaming going on... yes I hope to do a jam there as well :D
its right next door to Slims SLMC info area great info on all of music in SL venues, musicians, DJs, info on how to etc. make sure to check it out! well I am out for now, may be back as I explore some more
